蝮忍法 Mamushi Ninpo, which literally reads as “Mamushi’s Ninja Doctrine”, is our proprietary doctrine for Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations. It has been robustly tested and proven against hyper-resistant human targets within hyper-competitive environments.
“Mamushi” refers to the venomous and stealthy Japanese Pit Viper, which captures the essence of asymmetric warfare — the capability to compete against stronger and larger adversaries.
奇戰
KI SEN
This means “Asymmetric Warfare”, and is based on Sun Tzu’s concept of “奇”, along with other concepts from strategic literature and military science. It is the foundational layer of our doctrine and entails the strategic thought that directs all aspects of our HUMINT Special Operations.
心侵
SHIN SHIN
This means “Psychological Penetration”, and is the second layer of our doctrine. It integrates the 奇戰 KI SEN strategic layer with scientific principles from behavioural science to inform the strategies, tactics and logic to influence decision-making and perceptions with high precision.
忍作
NIN SAKU
This means “Ninja Operations”, and is the third layer of our doctrine. It integrates the 心侵 SHIN SHIN psychological layer with established intelligence doctrines to operationalise high-precision influence within real-world environments.

敬龍 Clement Tan, code-named “Mamushi”, is the strategic artist behind our HUMINT operations doctrine and the spearhead in all of our HUMINT Special Operations — adopting the symbolisms of both the mamushi (Japanese Pit Viper) and the historical ninja. He is a former Private Intelligence Contractor, a Tactical Combat Instructor, and a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.

Our elite HUMINT operatives from the 1st HUMINT Special Operations Directorate (1st Directorate), each code-named a “Ninja”, are masters of HUMINT tradecraft. They each command their own spheres of influence and their own network of intelligence assets, and hail from diverse backgrounds including politics, business, intelligence, special operations, cybersecurity, psychology, consulting and technology.

7TH DIRECTORATE
Our elite cyber operatives from the 7th Cyber Special Operations Directorate (7th Directorate), each code-named a “Rappa”, are masters of offensive cyber operations. They each specialise in an area of expertise (from open-source intelligence to malware development), and hail from the intelligence, military and cybersecurity sectors.
